Weldments

Drilling the weldments for the additional attach bolts was pretty straight forward. It’s a bit scary drilling them. Ours went fine. We probably made a bigger deal out of it than we should have.

Holes drilled and clean, ready for a bolt.

Bolts in place and ready to be torqued. We need 2 washers on each bolt, so we placed one under the head and one under the nut.

We noticed after we torqued the bolts that we had added to the kit that the factory installed bolts were torqued to varying specs. We checked each bolt on all four weldments for peace of mind.
